1854 Troy, Miami Co, Ohio September 27th
My will - is that all my Debts and expences Be pead out of Money Due to me, and my wife shall have the use of all that Remeneth for her own use and a Right to the Rents and house for her use as long as she live And Mark Blackmore and Joseph Younce will act gardeons for my Wife and see that, Brad and meat, and wood &c is found for her use. The Land Mark Blackmore shall have Eighty North West part Including the 15 acre he Bought of me and shall pay Sarah Wilson her part. Six hundre Dollers in 3 years after we are both dead. William Blackmore shall have Fifty acres of the South part, and pay David Oldham Three hundre Dollers in 3 years as above and Thirty acres in North East Corner Polly Oldham shall have the use of her life time, or Rent for her support after that for Cheldren or heirs. Each one shall pay the Tax of his Land yearly. I wish my Book take care of, things to be Divided when we are both Dead, without sale or expence Except Recording this &c as above said. A.D. Personally appears in open court Jopseh Younce & Lydia Younce and made oath in due form of law that their signatures to the paper now presented to the court purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of James Blackmore, late of said county, deceased, are genuine, that they subscribe their names as witnesses thereto in the presence of and at the request of said James Blackmore & That said James Blackmore executed said Will in their presence, and that at the time of executing the said the said James Blackmore was of full age, of sound mind and memory and not under any restraint, to the knowledge of affiants.
Subscribed and sworn to in open court this 12th day of February A.D. 1855.
